We bought the 15’ round a few years ago. Great trampoline .Unfortunately it blew over. Not tied down. I called to replace some of the upright poles and the top surround poles. Very helpful, told me what I needed. Pretty easy to fix. All better now. And we have sand bags to hold it down ,since it is on a paver patio.
